Tasting Notes:
Rich, lightly perfumed, raspberry aroma. On the mouth; smooth, silky, deliciously fresh sweet raspberry fruit flavors. Lovely quality and intensity of fruit. An attractive very fresh well balanced wine.

Ageing & Blending:
The Delaforce Tawny is a blend of Portsaged in oak vats for an average of 4 years.

Food Paring:
Serve with mild cheese, cheesecake, crème brule desserts.

Store bottles on their sides in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) away from direct light. Serve at 17-18ºC.
